Judith Robinson is highly respected in the Sports and Fitness Industry, being one of the first to be inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame in 2015. Judith has also been active in the sports and fitness industry since 1982, through fitness, bodybuilding, athletics, multiple ball sports competitions, and wellness-leading group exercise formats, personal training, and managing the operations of a private Gym. “Through positive thoughts come positive change, both mentally and physically”. As a trainer, Judith specializes in athletic and sports performance, my goal as your trainer is to help you find a positive mental and physical lifestyle change through education, dedication, desire, and motivation. Judith enjoys working with both genders from youth to seniors, training, and coaching, and finding function with the most chronic conditions. Fitness has instilled so much discipline and confidence in me, and now she wants to pass this knowledge on to anyone seeking guidance not every routine or exercise regimen works for everybody.
